The United States Attorney Registry is a public reference database providing verified credential information for licensed attorneys. This registry publishes licensing data sourced from official state bar records and court systems for informational and verification purposes.
This registry:
- Publishes credential verification data only
- Sources licensing data from official state bar records
- Does not display contact information of any kind
- Does not endorse, rate, or rank listed attorneys
- Does not accept advertising or paid placements
- Does not provide legal advice or attorney referrals
Section 3 — Verification Overview
Each listing displays the verification level achieved, as defined in Professional Directory Standards v2.0:

Section 4 — Search Interface
Provide a search and filter interface on the homepage with the following controls:
- State dropdown (all 50 states + DC + territories)
- Practice area filter (multi-select)
- Name search (text input)
- Status filter: Active / Inactive / Suspended
- Default sort: Alphabetical by last name

Display a visible data block on the homepage:
